OUR PROCESS
Stacey and her team can help with any stage of the process, whether you've already hired an architect and interior designer or need a team to create the architectural plans, engineering, and help with the selection of fixtures and materials. Stacey has over 27 years of experience in the design-build industry and her design background allows her to maintain the big picture of your project throughout the process.
Initial Consultation
The first step of the process is the initial consultation to assess scope of work, personal preferences and budget.
Plans
We can jump in at any phase of your project. We can work with your existing architectural and engineering plans, or we can create them for you.
Construction Begins
Once permits are secured and materials are on site, construction begins. Stacey will oversee the project from beginning to completion.
Walkthrough
Once your remodel is complete, we will do one final walkthrough to ensure your project is just as you envisioned.
